**Case Update – 14/04/2026**
A reporter has been appointed to carry out the Gatecheck assessment of the above Evidence Report. The process makes provision for engagement and consultation by the planning authority in preparing its report. The reporter’s assessment is then based on the information submitted by the planning authority. This can all be viewed on the case file. No further information is required from any party at this stage other than where formally requested by the reporter. On conclusion of the process the reporter will either (1) advise the authority by letter that the Evidence Report is sufficient or (2) return it with an Assessment Report detailing any identified deficiencies. The decision letter or Assessment Report will be published. Until then regular updates on progress will be provided in this case-overview.
